The world hotel chain Four Seasons will open private residences in London. It is envisaged that the new residences of Twenty Grosvenor Square will operate independently of the hotels. This is the first independent real estate object of the famous Four Seasons network, not belonging to the territory of a particular hotel or resort.

Within the project, 37 luxury residential apartments will be available. Residences will be granted access to the service associated with accommodation in Four Seasons hotels, including catering, a personal concierge, purchase of products, organization of events, childcare and transfers. Twenty Grosvenor Square has a private wine cellar, a spa complex with a swimming pool, a fitness center, a games room, a cinema, a business center and a winter garden.

While creating private apartments, Finchatton designers tried to preserve the historical charm of the building, which served as the US naval base in Europe during the Second World War. A frequent guest here was US President Dwight David Eisenhower.
